Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of LA County celebrates 35 years of service with our biggest Neighborhood Pride Day, heavily supported by CitiBank and their Global Community Day! In celebration of community, service, change and neighborhood pride, NHS switches gears this year with three locations to serve for Neighborhood Pride Day. On June 8th, 2019, many gathered across the Southern California cities of Compton, South LA and Pacoima to celebrate 35 years of Neighborhood Pride with exterior house painting, yard clean up and flower planting acts of service for a few fellow community members.
