Due to COVID-19 our shipping times have been extended. Shipping times vary based on product and can take up to 10 business days based on production location. Our tote bags and fanny packs are currently being produced out of our warehouse in Europe and have the longest production time, lasting up to two weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not allow refunds, but we do allow exchanges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item it can only be exchanged for the same item. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are able to exchange your item. Send us an email at Keepyourspiritlifted@gmail.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send your replacement to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please send us an email for address, so that we can be on the lookout.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
